The hotel features attractive and clean rooms with excellent amenities, though the soap/shampoo dispensers could use a deep cleaning. The service is exceptional, offering helpful advice on wineries to visit. The location is prime for exploring wine country and dining options. The dining experience is satisfying, but the in-room coffee maker has limitations.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the rooms were cozy and well-equipped, the hotel seemed a bit overcrowded. The staff was professional but also somewhat intrusive, and the location was ideal for exploring the vineyards and local dining options. The dining experience was satisfactory and within walking distance, and the facilities were adequate with a nice touch of local mineral water in the swimming pool and jacuzzi.

Rooms
8.0
The rooms were comfy and had all the essentials, including a fridge, coffee maker, and ironing facilities. They kept us warm even on chilly nights.
Service
7.0
The service was friendly and professional, although at times a bit too vigilant for our liking. The free shuttle service was a nice touch.
Location
9.0
The location was excellent, close to the vineyards and within walking distance to local restaurants. The setting in Calistoga was charming, but some aspects like thin towels in the bathroom detracted from the experience.
Dining
8.0
The dining options were well-maintained and hit the spot. A great way to kick off the day.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel's facilities, including the small swimming pool and jacuzzi, were nice additions. However, the lack of privacy in the hot tub and the thin towels were noticeable downsides.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were very clean and modern, and I especially liked the various lighting options. Despite some traffic noise, the rooms were well-equipped and met all our needs. The service was top-notch, with helpful staff who provided useful recommendations. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore downtown and visit nearby vineyards. The dining options were a bit limited, but overall, I had a pleasant experience.

Rooms
8.0
The rooms were very clean and modern, with various lighting options that I really appreciated. Despite being near all the traffic noise, they were clean and had everything we needed.
Service
9.0
The staff, especially Shaun, were really helpful with recommendations and friendly. However, the night front desk person stood out for calling to confirm my arrival and suggesting late snacks in Napa due to local restaurant closures.
Location
7.0
The location of the hotel was excellent, very easy to walk downtown and close to the vineyards we were visiting. However, it could use some landscaping and was noisy when race fans were out partying in the afternoon.
Dining
7.0
The dining experience, though a bit sparse compared to other local hotels, wasn't a problem at all. The appetizers were well maintained despite the room being on the small side.
Facilities
The hotel's facilities were nice, with future improvements planned for the pool area and breakfast room. However, they were unable to offer much in terms of concierge services for local ideas.
